RETURNS POLICY


 We do not accept international returns.


Domestic (UK) Returns:

High Heel Hierrachy offers a 7 day return policy on all goods purchased online. If you would like to request a return please inform us via email on admin@highheelhierarchy.com stating your order number and full name, address and reason for return and we will be happy to assist you.

For a return to be accepted the following MUST be adhered to:

  - You must inform us within 48 hours of the item being delivered to your address, that the item is no longer wanted to initiate the return policy
 - The item must reach our offices within 7 days of the item being delivered to your address
 - All return postage costs will be at the buyer's expense
 - All tags must be present
 - All receipts and paperwork must be returned with the item including the original packaging
 - The item must reach us in the same condition that it was sent to you
 - Each item can only be purchased and returned once by a single customer. Any further purchases on the same item by the same customer will be exempt from our refund policy
 - If a discount code was added only the discounted total will be refunded not the full price

Returns outside of the 7 day time frame, a refund will not be issued.


When purchasing in-store, the customer is entitled to return any unwanted footwear within forty-eight (48) hours of sale for a full priced refund to a High Heel Hierarchy voucher... this is in accordance with the fact that all items can be fully viewed in branch.

Should your refund not be issued to you in a timely manner please check first with your card issuer if the delay is on their end.


We do not accept returns of items purchased with a payment plan. 

In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description of the item, view all the photos carefully and check the measurements before purchasing.


Once we’ve received and reviewed your returned goods, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days, as it may take some time  before your refund is officially posted and recognised on your bank statements.
If an item is found further used or in a condition different from its original shipment, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and the seller will be required to cover the collection and return delivery expenses involved.

Condition Guidelines

New: a brand new, unused and unworn item in perfect condition with no damage. See the listing for full details. 

Excellent: an item that looks new but has been worn and has no visible wear or damage. Very minimal wear and tear. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Very good: an item that does not look new and has been worn but is in very good condition with no obvious damage. Very minimal wear and tear. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Good: an item that has been worn but is in good condition. Very minimal damage including scuff marks but no holes or tears. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Acceptable: an item with obvious wear. May have some damage but still wearable. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays) after full payment has been received. Shipping will be tracked, signed for and fully insured.

You are responsible for any import duties requested before or after delivery.
