High Heel Hierarchy has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to counterfeit items, and we will offer a full refund for any item that is PROVEN not to be authentic.
Here at HHH, we authenticate every single item that is received before we offer for sale. To do so we use a two-point system. The first point of authentication is through Entrupy, an algorithm-based authentication system which uses microscopic photographs to validate the authenticity of a designer accessory. Any counterfeit items that do not pass the Entrupy system quality control test will be returned to the customer, who will be required to cover the collection and return delivery expenses involved.
Only items that pass the Entrupy authentication system will be processed to the next stage. The second point of authentication is through High Heel Hierarchy's quality control team, who make the final decision as to whether the item is authentic and ultimately if it will be sold through the HHH website and store.
Each, and every item that we receive is thoroughly vetted to ensure appropriate condition and also authenticity.

Very good: an item that does not look new and has been worn but is in very good condition with no obvious damage. Very minimal wear and tear. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.
Good: an item that has been worn but is in good condition. Very minimal damage including scuff marks but no holes or tears. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.
Acceptable: an item with obvious wear. May have some damage but still wearable. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.
