1. How do you buy from the HHH website?
It is super easy and hassle-free to buy from HHH. Simply add the item(s) you want to your basket and follow the checkout process. You can choose to pay by card or PayPal, and also opt for Split it instalments or a Payment Plan.
Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. Note that HHH can only ship to the address registered on your online account when paying by card. For PayPal, you can edit your shipping address at checkout. If you don't have an account, you can check out as a guest.
If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so until it’s dispatched by emailing Customer Services at [email protected] with your order number.
2. What is the shipping cost and speed?
Your order is usually shipped the next working day, but delivery can take up to 2 working days. Delays may occur due to Brexit or holidays.
Delivery costs are as follows:
- Mainland UK: £10 (Next day delivery if ordered before 2pm)
- Europe: £40
- Worldwide: £60
Please note that additional customs/duties may apply, and prices are subject to change.
3. How easy is it to sell to HHH?
You must be 13 or older and provide a current driving license or passport if it's your first time selling. You will be offered a cash price via PayPal or a voucher for future purchases.
If an item is rejected, you are responsible for its return within 14 days. Common reasons for rejection include condition, authenticity, or being a brand not accepted by HHH.
4. What condition do your items need to be in?
HHH accepts items of high quality. For specific categories:
Handbags:
- No fundamental damage or non-functioning closures.
- No stains or missing serial stickers.
Shoes:
- No missing labels, scuffing, or strong odors.
Scarves:
No burns or repairs accepted.
Sunglasses:
No scratches or bent frames accepted.
Jewellery:
No damage or missing components accepted.
5. Which brands are traded?
HHH trades brands including Alaia, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and many more.
6. How are the prices determined?
Prices are based on factors like original retail price, brand, style, age, condition, and demand. Highly desirable brands offer better margins.
7. Are the items all authentic?
Yes, all items are thoroughly inspected for quality and authenticity using third-party authenticators and Entrupy Technology, which has a 99.1% accuracy rate.
8. What is the returns policy?
You have 14 days to return an item for a full refund. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Items must be returned to:
