Fill in all the questions on the form above and send it to us.

1) Take photos of every side of the item, including any packaging and paperwork, receipts, any authenticity codes, certificates, serial numbers, and a clear image of the soles for shoes. 

2) Give accurate descriptions, including any signs of wear/damage no matter how small. In the absence of sufficient information we may not consider your items.

3) Once sale is agreed, you will receive immediate payment using Paypal or you can post your item to High Heel Hierarchy first, in which case it will be authenticated. You can then pick between a bank transfer or a higher valued High Heel Hierarchy voucher.

If an item you send to is found to be counterfeit, you will be responsible for the return postage.

Clients also have the opportunity to receive cash/bank transfer when selling in person.

You can either send your item to us and we take care of the entire process for you or you can keep hold of the item while we advertise it for you. 

If you decide to keep the item, you will be required to take clear close-up photos (both sides, front, back and soles with logo clearly visible, any packaging, authenticity codes, certificates, serial numbers and proof of purchase) of your item, preferably against a white/neutral background, and submit them with a description using the form above.
Please make sure you include a description of all flaws, no matter how small. 
Our experience has shown that the better the product images and write-ups are, the more inclined shoppers will be to make a purchase. Your item will be listed online once approved. Once your item has been purchased and you have received confirmation of payment from HHH, please post the item to us ASAP via tracked insured postage, and provide us with this information. 
We will then inspect the item, securely package and ship to the buyer using tracked insured postage. 

If the item is not as described, it will be returned to you and the sale will be cancelled. 
We will hold payment until the buyer marks the item as received or if the tracking confirms receipt with buyer’s signature. 
Once payment can be processed we will deduct the applicable commission before transferring the balance of the sales proceeds to the seller’s account. The commission includes all market place selling and listing fees and any Paypal and administration fees. 
Your item will be listed on our website and will be advertised on our social media platforms, and in our e-mail newsletter. 

Our consignment fees are one of the most competitive in the business:
£500-£1000 -  25% of the sale price
£1000-£2000 -  20% of the sale price
over £3000 -  15% of the sale price
