RETURNS POLICY
INTERNATIONAL SALES: NO RETURNS ACCEPTED

ITEMS SOLD BY HHH:

1. High Heel Hierarchy (for items soled by HHH only) accepts returns and offers a 14 day return policy. We stand behind the accuracy of all items we offer for sale and strive to provide you with an exquisite shopping experience.

2. In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description of the item, view all the photos carefully and check the measurements before purchasing.

3. We accept domestic returns only under the following conditions:
a. Notify us via e-mail within 3 days of receiving your item, and include the tracking/shipping information.
b. Merchandise must be unused and returned in the same condition with tags attached.
c. Return shipment must be made within 14 days of original purchase delivery.

4. Once we’ve received and reviewed your returned goods, a refund will be issued for the price of the item, however the shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. If an item is found further used or in a condition different from its original shipment, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and these items will be returned to the customer.

6. Please also note that ALL shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. When using the ‘personal service’, we kindly ask you to carefully examine the item(s) prior to your purchase.

8. If you have any concerns or questions please notify us online, and will do our best to resolve any issues.

Once we’ve received and reviewed your returned goods, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and recognised on your bank statements.
If an item is found further used or in a condition different from its original shipment, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and the seller will be required to cover the collection and return delivery expenses involved.

Condition Guidelines:

New: a brand new, unused and unworn item in perfect condition with no damage. See the listing for full details.

Excellent: an item that looks new but has been worn and has no visible wear or damage. Very minimal wear and tear. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Very good: an item that does not look new and has been worn but is in very good condition with no obvious damage. Very minimal wear and tear. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Good: an item that has been worn but is in good condition. Very minimal damage including scuff marks but no holes or tears. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Acceptable: an item with obvious wear. May have some damage but still wearable. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

SHIPPING
Items sold by Private Sellers:
Sellers are expected to ship within 72 hours.
Items sold by HHH:
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays) after full payment has been received. Shipping will be tracked, signed for and fully insured.

UK: £10 Royal Mail Tracked Shipping 3-4 days
For express delivery please contact us, a minimum fee of £10 will apply.
Europe- £40 (3-5 working days)
Worldwide- £60 (7-9 working days)
