Our consignment fees are based on your luxury goods' value and are designed to cover the work we're doing in our store to get your items sold to a new buyer:
items valued under £500 - 40% of the sale price
£500 - £2000 - 30% of the sale price
over £2000 - 20% of the sale price
Merchandise is accepted for consignment for a period of 90 days, with a price reduction of 10% after each 30 day period.
Please collect your items if you do not wish for them to be further reduced.
The consignor may terminate the agreement at any time, however shall pay a fee of 10% of the selling price for the removal of the merchandise within the first 30 days of the consignment agreement.
Unsold items need to be collected after the allotted 90 days and we rely on you to contact us and claim them so we can have it all prepared for you. Twice a year we have an end-of-season sale where we reduce the prices by up to 30%. Please ensure you collect your items if you do not wish for them to be further reduced or added to the sale.
Unfortunately, due to lack of storage, items that aren't claimed for 4 months, will automatically be reduced by 50% for clearance or will go to charity.
We will deduct the applicable commission of the sales proceeds and will transfer the funds to the seller within 7 days of receiving payment. The commission includes all marketplace selling and listing fees and any PayPal and administration fees.

At HHH we only work with authentic designer items and do not tolerate counterfeits. If the item we receive is counterfeit, the seller will be responsible for the collection of the item within 7 days or it will be destroyed.
