RETURNS POLICY

INTERNATIONAL SALES: NO RETURNS ACCEPTED

High Heel Hierarchy accepts returns and offers a 14 day return policy. We stand behind the accuracy of all items we offer for sale and strive to provide you with an exquisite shopping experience.

In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description of the item, view all the photos carefully and check the measurements before purchasing.


We accept domestic returns only under the following conditions:
1. Notify us via e-mail to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item, please include the tracking/shipping information.

2. Merchandise must be unused and returned in the same condition with tags attached, including all accessories and original packaging. 

3. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of emailing us of intention to return.

4. If an item is found further used or in a condition different from its original shipment, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and the buyer will be required to cover the collection and delivery expenses involved.

5. Please also note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. When using the ‘personal service’, we kindly ask you to carefully examine the item(s) prior to your purchase.

7. If you have any concerns or questions please notify us online, and will do our best to resolve any issues.
 Once we have received and reviewed your returned goods, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 working days. Please note, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and recognised on your bank statements.

NOTE: REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF ANY OF THE ABOVE POINTS HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLIED WITH. ANY MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Condition Guidelines:

New: a brand new, unused and unworn item in perfect condition with no damage. See the listing for full details.

Excellent: an item that looks new but has been worn and has no visible wear or damage. Very minimal wear and tear. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Very good: an item that does not look new and has been worn but is in very good condition with no obvious damage. Very minimal wear and tear. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Good: an item that has been worn but is in good condition. Very minimal damage including scuff marks but no holes or tears. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Acceptable: an item with obvious wear. May have some damage but still wearable. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

SHIPPING

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays) after full payment has been received. Shipping will be tracked, signed for and fully insured.

UK: £10 Royal Mail Tracked Shipping 3-4 days
Handbags and heavier items: £20 tracked and insured next working day delivery
Europe- £40 (3-5 working days)
Worldwide- £60 (7-9 working days)
