Balmain black velvet heels with gold tassle. Size 38 
Purchased new, no box. True to size.
They have been reheeled. 
Worn a few times. Really comfy. 
Selling as trying to have a more capsule wardrobe and I have a couple of others similar. 
Fading to the gold tip, shown in photos. But once shoe is on you can't notice.
