Who pays the customs duties and import taxes?

All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Once your order arrives in your country, the courier or local customs authority will contact you directly via the email address you had provided at the time of purchase, to request payment of any applicable charges before releasing the item for delivery.

If custom duties or taxes are refused or not paid, the courier will return the item to us. This is considered a refused delivery.

If an item is returned to us due to unpaid custom charges, we will refund the cost of the item ONLY once it is safely received back.

Shipping fees (outbound and return) and a £30 handling fee are non-refundable, as these costs are incurred due to non-delivery.

When a delivery is refused we may be charged for shipping the item both to and from the destination country, as well as additional handling fees imposed by the courier.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any custom duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in your country.
